Our 03300 10 11 12 telephone number is the same cost as an 01/02 landline number. 03 numbers are also included within any call plans that you may have, for example, an “Evening & Weekend” or “Unlimited” calling plan. When calling from a mobile, calls to 03 numbers will be deducted from any minutes you may have on your tariff.

On occasions when you dont have any free minutes remaining, or you dont have a call plan, calls to 03 numbers are charged at the usual landline rate set by your landline provider.
The current standard BT price is 7.6p/min daytimes and 1p/min evenings and weekends.

If you would prefer, you can always call our 01227 689168 telephone number, which will be charged at the standard landline rate set by your provider. We also have a freephone number, which is 0800 310 1335 – which will be free of charge from a landline.

When calling us, you dont have to worry about all this “Push 1 for……” nonsense. We connect you straight through to our friendly team who can deal with all your enquiries. Our lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including national holidays. If our lines are busy, rather than leave you waiting on the line, we will forward your call to our voicemail service.
